INFORMATION ON OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
Please be informed that an amendment to the Consumer Protection Act has introduced a new means of out-of-court settlement of disputes between the client (the consumer) and the lawyer.
The Czech Bar Association has been entrusted with managing this agenda. The client (the consumer) can submit a complaint to the Czech Bar Association no later than one year from the date of exercising his/her right, which is the subject of the dispute, with the lawyer for the first time.
