About us

Our law firm has been operating on the market since 2007, building on the previous 15 years of legal experience of JUDr. Matěj Zachveja.

We focus on providing comprehensive consultancy primarily in the field of business law, with a significant overlap into economic and tax areas, for both Czech and foreign clients, including clients from non-EU countries.

The combined specialisations of the individual members of our firm enable us to optimise solutions for the client, with an emphasis on understanding the essence of the client's business.

INFORMATION ON OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

Please be informed that an amendment to the Consumer Protection Act has introduced a new means of out-of-court settlement of disputes between the client (the consumer) and the lawyer.

The Czech Bar Association has been entrusted with managing this agenda. The client (the consumer) can submit a complaint to the Czech Bar Association no later than one year from the date of exercising his/her right, which is the subject of the dispute, with the lawyer for the first time.

Further details, including the relevant forms, can be found on the website of the Czech Bar Association (here: http://www.cak.cz/scripts/detail.php?id=15607).
